2.1. Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1. Product Description

TripLeap offers educational scavenger hunts and city tours designed for children aged 5-12, available in both physical and digital formats.

3.2. Digital Content Access

• Digital quest content is available for 6 months from the purchase date
• Access may not be transferred to third parties
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue digital content with reasonable notice

4.1. Pricing

All prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT.

4.2. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

5.1. For Germany

• 1-3 boxes: €3.99 (Max size 35x25x10 cm, up to 2 kg)
• 4-7 boxes: Free shipping (Max size 60x30x15 cm, up to 2 kg)
• 8-19 boxes: Free shipping with tracking (Max size 120x60x60 cm, up to 5 kg)

5.2. For Europe

• 1 box: €6.49 (Max size 35x25x3 cm, up to 2 kg)
• 2-3 boxes: €10.49 (Max total dimensions L+B+H = 90 cm, up to 2 kg)
• 2-3 boxes with tracking: €14.49 (Max size 60x30x15 cm, up to 2 kg)
• 4-19 boxes: Free shipping with tracking (Max size 60x30x15 cm, up to 2 kg)

6.1. Physical Products

Customers may return damaged or incomplete products within 14 days of receipt

Returns must be reported to contact@trip-leap.com with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of damage or missing components
• Original packaging must be retained

6.2. Digital Products

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

A valid reason must be provided via email to contact@trip-leap.com

Refunds will be provided if:

• The digital content has not been downloaded or accessed, or
• There were technical issues preventing access to the content

7.1. Ownership

All content, including but not limited to games, materials, designs, logos, and digital content, is the exclusive property of TripLeap and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2. License and Usage Restrictions

• Personal Use: Customers may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Schools: Each purchased school set is licensed for use with one specific class during one academic term
• Tour Guides: Each purchased game set may be used for one specific tour group only

Prohibited Actions:

• Copying or reproducing materials
• Sharing materials with others outside the intended group
• Reselling or redistributing materials
• Using materials for multiple groups or sessions without purchasing additional licenses
• Modification or creation of derivative works

8.1. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR requirements.

8.2. Consent

By using our Services, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.1. Service Warranty

TripLeap provides its Services "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2. Liability Scope

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services.

10.1. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website.

10.2. Acceptance

Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
